An oxymel is an herbal preparation of infusing an herb into apple cider vinegar and honey. The infusion makes for a wonderfully tart, sour, and sweet medicine that is great for daily use. We will begin class with a plant walk over to our herb of choice, harvest some plants, and then learn about oxymels while each participant makes their own. The vinegar and honey will be supplied, please bring your own 8 or 16 oz jars.
