Ingredients: Hawthorne leaf and flowers, Oat tops, Burdock Root, Skullcap, Tulsi, Rose petals, Yarrow, Calendula, Motherwort

Suggested Use: Use one tablespoon of tea per cup. Steep for 5-10 minutes in a cup, teapot, mason jar, or pot with the lid on. Great as an overnight infusion.
