Ingredients: Peppermint, Echinacea Leaf and Flower, Elderflower, Yarrow

Suggested Use: Use one tablespoon of tea per cup. Steep for 15-20 minutes in a cup, teapot, mason jar, or pot with the lid on. Drink 1-3 cups daily or more during an acute infection. 

25 grams of loose leaf tea in an at-home compostable bag.
